A frequent question in the U.S.A. is
"Why do we need guns?"

Let's begin with the fact that this site is NON-Partisan. The primary belief is in "Freedom of Choice". What that means is people should be allowed to believe in what they wish. Now will others always agree with them, of course not. Does that make that choice wrong, absolutely not. Now what is important about that philosophy is, you can try and convince me you are correct, but don't ever force me to believe or force me to follow that belief. This site is intended to share facts about some topic that will be obvious. Hence maybe giving insight into things overlooked in emotional situations. Hopefully logical conclusions will be shared.

The founding father's specifically James Madison (whom wrote the Bill of Rights) believed the Key Reasons for the Second Amendment were:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
There is much conflict of meaning primarily focused on english in the 20th and 21st century. People argue that militia and citizens are tied together when in fact when this was written, these grammatical differnces chang how we interpret.
